An Horrible Bowling Center in Pearland
First of all , we came there at 8:30 and one of the staff came out to there to our vehicles and informed us that they were going to close exactly at 10:00. We informed them that it was okay if we didn't finish the game. I promise my daughter that we would take she and all of her friends bowling. When we walked in there was an horrible stinge to the place. The rude man at the front desk was hesitant to opening the lanes for us because it was 8:45 and they closed at 10:00. We started bowling in this filthy place and came to the end of our game at 9:58. My husband threw his last ball down the lane and one of the staff was walking by the pins and kicked my husband ball to the gutter. I immediately asked him why did he do that and he told me that my husband was not supposed throw that particular ball down the lane because it was too light in weight. Well, I told him and the man at the front desk that we didn't work here nor did we bowl alot so we wasn't aware of that rule. Also, that we understood English and that's all he had to do was let us know. That was so rude! I left there very upset, they didn't bother letting us know that they didn't want us there. I called the next morning and spoke with the owner's son. He was just as rude as the rest of the staff ! He told me that he would have kicked the ball to the gutter too. He also informed me that, that bowling alley was family owned and operated. And for the person that commented that this was the best bowling alley in town...no this is the only bowling alley in town. We will never go back and if you like to be treated with respect as a valued customer, I strongly suggest that you don't either. Pearland has grown over the years, and we pretty much have everything at our reach, but I agree with all the others that says that we are in need of a new bowling alley. I also agree with the others that say I wish that I couldn't give them this 1 star because they really don't deserve it ! How did consumers allow this place to be in business for 15 yrs?
