10 Years Happy with Sterling
I rented a house sight unseen from Sterling 10 years ago and have received prompt and couteous service since. Weekend A/C repairs, plumbing, dead tree branches, it doesn't matter; any service call has always been handled in a professional manner by someone who knows us and knows the property. Damage from Ike was repaired months ahead of my homeowner neighbors, and Jan has also negotiated several requested upgrades with the property owner, with Chris handling the majority of the work in a skilled and thorough manner. I find it hard to believe these are the same people some others have described here, because I rate my experience with Sterling Property Management as Excellent!
