rh builders coldspring texas.1000 sq ft $98000 PLUS. I took possession in 2006. here it is 2011 1/2 and i'm still paying to make it rite. paying over and over. paying from plumbing to paint, from doors to floors, from windows to walls, from foundation to chimney cap. a never ending nite mare. at age 67, i do not need this. oh-ya dont get me started on problems with deck. my new home has been a fixer upper from day one.
