Wedding Crisis
I love the stylist Christine. She has always done a great job on my hair. I had a really bad experience on a day that I needed them most my son's wedding day. I was not able to have my hair done by my stylist. I was running late due to a last minute problem I had to handle. They made no accommodations nor did they make any attempt to work me in. The front desk did not speak to Christine at all. I was very upset and hurt because this was such a big day for me. I have spent a great deal of money at this salon. The front desk clerks have no business in those positions. Very poor customer service. I will not return.
