I have been a patient of Dr. Winter for over 5 years. Before him, my previous dentist let his hygienist do most of the examination including diagnosis. Not Dr. Winters. He is excellent with his patients, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He is thorough, up to date, and does NOT find work. He is the best dentist I ever had.
