I have stayed here a couple of times on business. They have a nice workout facility and pool on the roof. It is lovely place to stay and is in walking distance of a lot of business and resturants however the oniste bar and louge is nice all on its own.

Great for Main St bar hoppers

I stayed here with several friends to celebrate birthdays, and the best part of the hotel is definitely the convenient location. If you are going out downtown, all the bars and restaurants are literally steps away. The decor is also very appealing. Very over priced

The hotel is in a nice area but the rooms are old and over priced and the bar in it atracts a really bad crowed

Facials are to die for!!!!!

I had a facial here yesterday, and it was so relaxing. I didn;t feel rushed, and the lady gave me a complementary make up application with this really nice mineral makeup that made me feel like a million $$! The service is the best, and I really like how the spa is small, but still luxurious. I will definately be coming back monthly!!

A Good Romantic Getaway

OK.. so maybe I'm biased because we spent our wedding night at the Lancaster, but I really like this hotel. It is small, elegant, and close to all the action downtown. They usually have weekend specials for romantic weekends that are reasonably priced and great to plan with a show or concert. Now that downtown Houston is a happening place, this is a fantastic choice for a romantic weekend...

Amazing Location for a huge city

I was there for a wedding and was blown away by the property, rooms, service, everything. Our room was gorgeous, we worked out at the gym the next day, the wedding was completely beautiful. The most amazing this was the grounds. It is amazing to see how beautiful and hidden the property is given the fact that it is right in the Galleria area. Recommend to anyone

Romantic and perfect

I spent my 2 year anniversary at Zaza... Surprised the man with the room and we had a wonderful, romantic getaway. Definitely recommend it!

Wow. It's all I have to say! I stayed there for 2 nights on a business trip. The service was incredible and very customized. They even knew my name!! (and I'm a nobody!!). I've never stayed in a nicer hotel than this one. It's better than the Four Seasons. Oh, and the bed was phenominal. So comfy. I could have just stayed there for a week and enjoyed every moment. Good price but no parking

This was an extremely clean hotel with a very friendly staff.I would not recommend parking there because a few cars were broken into during my two day stay.

the best upscale hotel in houston, we've been to derek, zaza, this one is the best! the derek has its points, the zaza theirs but the omni is by far the best of all categories! thank you for the upgrade to the suite for my husbands birthday---at no charge!

The best classes and the most comfortable gym. Lots of space to move about. Love the aerobic equipment and you can't beat Center Court for chowing down! Pools (all 3) are fantastic and now they are adding indoor Tennis courts plus outdoor ones along with more parking, Staff is super friendly and so helpful. As to the review that talks about "bikini clad men around the pool"....

We stayed at this heavenly hotel!! Everything you want in a hotel is right here. The rooms are spacious, and very clean. Complimentary breafast is served and not to mention specials on happy hour. The swimmng pool is excellent as it is indoor. A wonderful relaxation for the whole entire family. A must place to stay.
