their really nice,sometimes the front desk people are sometimes snobby,but they do the best job in town.i always have to call and make an appointment earlie because they are really busy.thier pretty pricey but its worth it.

They rock sooo good> stylist are pros and great service... go see for yourself....i am happy to know there are true stylist that dont try to rip off clients

Whenever i want to feel pampered I call Toni! She is an incredible stylist and does wonder with my hair and color! Everything she has suggested has been perfect for me. I will have to agree about the girls up front, they do come off as snobbish but as long as my hair looks good, I don't care. Toni is very personable and friendly. Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment but you would think I would have learned by now not to call at the last minute but that is what my schedule allows. They do their best to accomadate me. ambience is nice and when I have to take my son to a 2 hour color and cut, he loves the attention the girls give him (as well as the cookies and juice) and seems quite smitten with Lauren. If they can keep a six yr. old happy, they keep momma happy!

I have been going here for a couple years. They do a nice job, but as time went on they started to increase their prices. Also, they have become impersonal. My hair colorist used to shampoo my hair and take time with me, but now she's always rushing with me and other people shampoo my hair. I got my hair dyed a couple of months ago, and it was 30 bucks more than I paid compared to the previous visit. It was the same thing I had gotten before. Shouldn't the cost be the same? Half head of highlights shouldn't cost about $100 (I would understand if it was a whole head of highlights). If I had known, I would have went to a better salon. Well, after that I think I'll find a little bit cheaper place or a better one.

I started going to TNT a couple of years ago when my kids gave me a gift card. I have had several people do my hair. I have mixed feelings about my visits, sometimes the hairdresser is attentive and provides the service I pay for. Sometimes I am shuffled off on someone else to shampoo and/or style my hair. I am not flexable for time so I use different hairdressers when I have time to come in. One particular incidence occurred when I called for one stylist and she was not available so I had another do my highlites then realized the person I asked for was actually there. She approched me that day and literally confronted me wanting to know why I was seeing someone else. It was a very uncomfortable situation, in fact, so much so that I am looking into going elsewhere to have my hair done. I felt they are kind of pricey. Studio is nice, not much seating so you may need to stand to wait.
