This is a nice (clean) place to kick back and watch a football or baseball game over a beer. I'll echo the comment below - tends to be over-crowded with UFC fans in their Affliction t-shirts...:)
However, I've never failed to hook up with a hot girl here, at least for conversation, sometimes more. ON a related note - I've never seen so many "well-endowed" women in one bar, staff or customer. Is it something in the water in Katy??

Just a bar in Katy trying to be Downtown Houston. It is true that it is the only true sports bar that I have seen in Katy, but it is sad that it is overrun with wannabe UFC, Tapout loyalists. Wait staff is very friendly and helpful. Great beer selection, just think I may have went on the wrong night. The customers are not my type of people either, "guidos". Everyone there trying to be someone they are not. Way to crowded for my taste. Just wanted to sit at the bar and enjoy a couple beers, but wound up standing around listening to ooo's and awww's of the crowd watching the "big" UFC fight. Don't understand UFC or the people who enjoy watching it, if the fighters weren't doing UFC, they would be in Jail anyways. Not my bar for sure, don't think I will be taking to many trips to Stars!

I have been coming to Stars since the day the opened. I was at the 2nd year anniversary party this past weekend and the place was rockin'. Tony always has fun things planned to entertain us. Also, I always like to eat there because the food is GOOD! The food menu is very impressive for a sports bar. Being female I love that Stars offers a variety of salads and healthy foods as well as stuff for the guys like wings and hamburgers etc. There is something for everyone! Oh, one more important thing for us females coming to Stars, the ladies bathroom is always spotless and well maintained. YEAH! Bottomline, WE always have a GOOD time at Stars! :)

This bar is in a really good spot and has very welcoming and attentive waitresses, however the owner is very rude and unprofessional at times. Other than that loved the place.

I frequent stars almost weekly. You can't beat the unbelievable service & food (I recommend the BLT)! The entire staff knows you by name and they treat you like a good friend or family member. They frequently have events outside the bar that you can participate in as well. By far the best bar in the area!!!
