I have found Smile Crafter's to be an extremely busy business. Dr. Tran is an excellent doctor, and Lisa is no slacker when it comes to scheduling the incredible number of appointments. It is rare that a receptionist gives out a cell phone number to contact her in case of an emergency, or an unexpected change of appointments. To those of you who have found fault with Lisa...she cannot read your mind! duh! Take a moment, and a deep breath then treat her like the helpful, living, person that she is. Reminds me of an old computer adage - "Garbage in, Garbage out". Try asking quality questions to receive quality answers! It is tragic that you give a single living person so much power to ruin your personal life. A final note for all of the "one star" critics out there, "the world DOES NOT revolve around you!
For those who want to receive quality dental work for your entire family come and visit Smile Crafters. BTW I am a long term, extremely satisfied patient who will not receive anything for writing this review except the satisfaction of setting the record straight about this group of dedicated professionals!

Every time you go to this office they want to nickel and dime you.......insurance is not enough. They want to basically rob you. The office idiot,Lisa, should be fired. She is a joke and should be cleaning toilets somewhere with her crappy disposition.

I have been coming here for years. I happen to LIKE it that Lisa explaines the fees up front. That way there are no surprises. I've been places where they say "oh don't worry... you have insurance" Then a month later I get a surprise bill. Why is it considered greedy for a business to get paid for services? Would you call a McDonald's greedy when they want payment for their food? If your insurance doesn't cover the full amount maybe your plan is not so good. The less you pay on your plan, the more you pay in the office. As for the cost being high - you get what you pay for. I take good care of my teeth, so I never need extra stuff done. If you need extra stuff done, it's only fair you pay extra for it. Have you seen the amount of files they have. I bet they have THOUSANDS of patients there. I think things run great for the huge number of people they see. Also.... I have never seen anything in their office that states they are a CHILDREN'S office. I have seen lots of kids in there. They seem to be doing fine to me. If your kid needs balloons & to hold your hand, maybe you should take them to a children's dentist. You could take your little kids out to eat at Flemmings, but if they're too little to sit still and behave "appropriately" for the setting Chili's would be a better idea . Same here.

I've been going to Smile Crafters / Dr. Tran for over three years as of Dec 2009. My treatment has included a root canal; a porcelain crown coordinated with treatment for braces with another dentist/orthodontist; dental cleaning; and teeth whitening bleach trays. Dr. Tran has gone above and beyond the call of duty resolving my dental issues which have been challenging due to years of neglect, aging prior dental work and the yellow color of my teeth. Dr. Tran is an obsessive-compulsive perfectionist, mild-mannered, quiet, personable and efficient. I highly recommend him based on my personal experience and satisfaction.

Lisa is the only one person worth going to this practice.She seems to have a hold of many things. The hygienist on the other hand ,have no personality,rude & very harsh on patients.I felt like i was washing my face when i had my cleaning with her.The waiting period is excessively LONG!!!
