Authentic NY style pizza in Spring Texas. I am a native Houstonian but lived in Manhattan for many years. I HATE those doughy, Chicago style pizzas they make at at most of the pizza joints here. I mean, really, why not just pour some pasta sauce and cheese on a loaf of bread! Here, the crust is thin, as it should be, and it is baked on a lower heat in a fire oven. Yum!!! I just ordered one and I can't wait to dig into it! They take longer than other pizzas but are well worth the wait. Also, the staff is great and very friendly. Fabio is awesome and really nice. Give them a try!
