My wife was very ill with lung cancer which has one of the highest death rates. She was in stage 2 when we found out, and were able to get her into treatment right away. All the research and hours of work put in my the doctors, nurses, and therapists does save lives.

The cancer has been shrunk down to nothing, and my wife and I are doing great. I thank god every day that I have her next to me.

My daughter's name was Lisa Rose Amaro and she died in MD Anderson Hospital not from her cancer but by the medical negligance of staff and doctor. I am not angry or vengeful but full of regret and hurt for the others left be hind and considered "Lost Causes" no child deserves to be lable as this each life has a purpose though some reach theirs before others. There are children there that are being subject to forms of expermintaion just becuase the parents are under durest and will do anything to prolong their child's life. You may ask how I know well I was one of those parent who reserch day and night to find something to keep a little hope in their heart , but never could I imagine the attrocities that were being commited by doctors that had take oaths to protect life at all cost instead they intubate the children and wait for them to deteriorate all in the purpose of the all mighty dollar. This is the ultimate abmination in a place where hope was
offered so readily avaliable so was it take with out any regret for so many children who have no voice I wish to give there parents one full of compassion and understanding. I know that my daughter death was not just a lost cause she made me see the bigger picture the childern in the ICU every night there death would pass us by and someone else was claimed and I saw the death and the familes that fall apart that once had do much hope now the sarrow that fill there faces and only memories and a doctor bills reamin from MD Anderson. My heart breaks and it shatters not for my own sarrow but for people who are will ing to forsake life for a pay check. Where is the humanity in that children who parish there are not give a secound look just forgotten amoung the all the other faces that will fill there room and spend there money on treatments that lead down a similar road for many. would except I know that ingnorance is bliss but in this case it could mean one life that means a lot to family friend and those who have no voice of their own.
