Selling Gold - Great to deal with!
Sold Gold

I went to Houston Gold Exchange and Houston Numismatic to get prices to sell my gold. It was broken chains, earings where I lost one and stuff like that. Houston Gold Exchange was friendly and offered me $600 exactly. Houston Numismatic was very friendly and offered me $447.00. I almost gave it to them but decided to go to one more place since there was such a difference between the two. I had seen Houston Jewelry's ad in the paper so I went there. The man there looked at each piece and told me that I had some 18 carat and some 14k carats. He explained to me how they buy. Then he offered $403.00 I couldn't believe it. I went back and sold it to the Houston Gold Exchange.

The caliber of the store did not fit the customer service. We stood around for five minutes, without being helped. When a sales associate finally came over to help, she decided to take a call while I was describing the type of setting that I was looking for, and she rudely reply that they do not have anything like that in the store. I assume the store must be doing very well, because it was apparent that she was not interested in making a sale even thought there was not a single soul in the store. I can see from the other reviews that Im not the only one that has encountered that problem. MARIA was the sale associate who was rude and not helpful at all. An experience that it was suppose to be a very special for us as couple turned into a complete disappointment

They know Gold!
I recently sold my old gold to the Houston Gold Exchange, after going to difference 'hole-in-the-wall' places that claim they know what they are doing. The Houston Gold Exchange, was friendly and very knowledgeable. They even bought my old diamond ring! Next time I'm in the market for jewelry, I'm coming here!
