I am very surprise with your odd comment, Because me and my entire family have been customers for this place since they open their business. I can only said good things about them .

They are very honest and professional people. My entire family is in the sports world business and we rely in their services. My two sons and I are professional players and we visited this place at least twice a month.

I don’t really undestand what gave you the shivers that you are talking about , because the temperature of the room is very well controlled and if is not to your appeal the only thing you can do is open your mouth for them to make it comfortable for you, just remember they provided you with a blanket upon request as well.



I don’t mean to be ugly to you , but with world full of sadness and awful things maybe is time for you to be more positive, kind and less angry.

I remember one time at check out time , I gave them by mistake $100 over and the lady at the cash register follow me to my car with the money . That make me realized that they are very honest.

In regard the products you claim the changed , I have done my own research on it and they do use some of the more expensive in the market

Now I'm not sure if I will ever go back. For one, now you have to REQUEST a Thai massage. Secondly the massage oils changed from the soft and relaxing mint to an scent that resembles pungent fabric softner.

My therapist shook me around for an hour while I shivered in a cold room. She had long nails that dug into my skin. She pulled my hair. And for the worst part, every time that she used a warm towel on me she would proced to THROW it across the room into a plastic container. I came out of it cold, wide awake, and wishing I had never wasted my money.

Please, if you are used to the relaxing Thai massages they provide, REQUEST ONE! Don't make the same mistake I did.

I have had a wonderful experience each time I have visit ed my therapist at Healing Hands or dealt with the front desk staff. I have been a customer for almost 3 years and I plan on returning in the future. Maybe your experience with the front staff should be brought to their management's attention instead of this site so that the person responsible could be held liable-not the business.

To our only bad reveiwer i would like to comment that, none of us has never use that tactic (car salesmen ) before and will not use that tactic to our client ever in our business.

As to the tip problem with clients to therapist, we would like the therapist to come forth with the issue to the management. As for the clients, you may leave the tip with either the receptionist or the therapist. It is totally up to you the client. This is the first issue we have ever had with tips, we have 20+ therapists that work here. This is the only therapist that has had this problem.
So please do not accuse the receptionist as theives.

I stopped by Healing Hands for my monthly massage over the weekend. All the therapists there are top-notch and the longtime employees all know who I am. Due to her particular stretching techniques, I stick to the same therapist. This past weekend I was in there and the therapist explained to me how she believes they are not being given all their tips.
She asked me if I wouldn't mind, do I remember how much I left her for a tip last month. That was an easy one there - I always leave a twenty for my hour massage. She said that is what she thought as well, but she only received $12 when I was in there last month. She also informed me this has become a common occurence for her.

I hope my favorite place remains "Healing Hands" and hasn't turned into "Stealing Hands".

Moral of the story(review):
If you want your therapist to get your tip, it is best to leave it with him or her instead of the woman working at the front desk.
