Haley Plumbing,Heating & Air Conditioning took my call right away and came by to give us an estimate for installation of a new hot water heater. Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained the warranties, advantages and their work guarantee. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and Haley's plumber showed up on time. When he removed the old heater, he was careful not to drip any water. He did an excellent job, was friendly, polite and cleaned up all the mess.

First of all, I am new in all kind of the septic system with my house that recently purchased, and we called for the free estimate, they told us in order to clean the septic tank, it will cost $2500. (seriously?! I have asked my friend and she told me for her house it cost about $400-$500). Therefore, we told them that we will need to think about it and we will call back. In the meantime, he threaten us that if we do not get the service from them, they will report it to the city because my house septic tank needs to be clean. Glad that we have it fix within a week because we really did receive a letter from city. I am not happy about their service and they are way too over price. Maybe they are professional, but at last I have it fixed with the other company to fix it for $380 instead of $2500.
