I called for an estimate and there was so much talking and noise in the background that i couldn't understand what the operator was saying.

Don't Bother

Don't Bother: I only live a couple miles away from this place but when I call the guy tells me he doesn't have cabs in this area (seems odd no?) and said he had some numbers for taxi services I could call. Save yourself the trouble, cut out the middleman and just call someplace else.
