Conwood Dental poor service!
A no star rating applies better!Conwood dental can you hold please,long waits to make appointments.Can you hold please!Mam I mean sir,oh can you hold please!Sometimes a month or more for appointments.Better tell them your in pain!

I made appointments for my children over a month in advance,I explained my schedule and what days we could come.When we arrived they told us that our appointment date was on another day that was not the agreed date,they did work us in but of course after a long wait.And of course we are expected to be on time but they do not have to be on time,meaning a long wait.
We have a DMO type insurance and there is only two dentist Conwood being one Monarch Dental the other in the Conroe area.It is the same there.
It is apparent to me that an abundance of buisness comes to these folks whether quality service is given or not!This means there is obviously no incentive to deliver quality service.This of course is also largely I think the fault of the isurance companies-----------unhappy customer
Cons: office service poor,such as scheduling.
