I called the owner Thursday afternoon to get a quote and he rushed me off the phone. I should have known not to do business with him , but I took the chance on renting a car from him anyway. I arrived Friday morning and immediately he was trying to assert and establish his authority. He was rude, arrogant, and ignorant. He was also racist. It was apparent to me that he has an issue with black men in general. He seemed to not care about customer service. In fact , I asked him " do you think you should try to focus more on customer service?" His reply was "no". "This is my place and I call the shots and make the rules." Most of his cars are late 90's to 2002 vehicles. They look beat up and unreliable. He told me if one breaks down that I would basically be on my own, stranded. When handed the documentation he requested, instead of verifying my name and address, he wants to read the entire letter, things that are not pertaining to him whatsoever. a nosey, arrogant , racist jerk. I asked him why does he need to read the entire letter, he said to make sure it's not fake. Which is utter bullcrap because it was a light bill and he himself opened the letter.. So he responded by saying that I did not meet qualifications and that I should leave. So I walked away and told him that he didn't have to be such an asshole. That explains why he has such a crappy establishment.Avoid this place. It's simply not worth the money nor the time. And we should not support people who really don't like "us" but tolerate us in order to get our money.

I visited this hole in the wall rental car place. It was nasty, filthy and the staff was outright up professional. The owner is an arrogant, self indulged Asshole. He doesn't deserve mine or anyone's money. The cars are ragged, used and very abused and the staff looks the same way. He's nothing but a low down dirty individual to his own people and the community. You should close up shop while your ahead.

A little bit of advice to anyone interested in renting from him. KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!
