Great service, quick response and genuine people. Have and will recommend this company to my friends and family. I signed up for their maintenance plan, so their technicians come out to my house regularly. Most importantly they do quality work and stand by it! They really take care of their customers and care about their wellbeing.

Amazing Service!!
The service was great and I actually enjoyed their company. The technicians were very nice and had great attitudes. I could tell they knew what they were doing. They were very safe and professional. I saved so much on my electric bill this year. I couldn't believe it. I recommend them to everyone!!! They had good prices and deals and were very good. I would definitely be calling them in the future.

Very impressed‎
I heard about this company from my neighbor and decided to give them a shot. Our A/C was at the end of its days, so we had them come out. First of all, they didn't charge us for the visit...no gas, no nothing. The representative was very pleasant and took the time to educate us about our options and didn't do any pushy scare tactics. We were very impressed with the crew who installed the unit. They were very polite and took great care of our home. Our unit has been doing great and our utility bill even went down! The owner's wife (nice gal) even called to check on us. I would reccomend them to anyone. Finally a trustworthy A/C company in Katy. Go figure.‎

Pleasantly Surprised‎
I would just like to say that its a rare occasion that when I have the chance to promote an A/C company. I have had several companies in the past work on my homes, and this was a plesant surprise. Mr. Nick Shelly showed up, listened to what I had to say regarding my problems and concerns, and took the time to "teach" me. Its a special person that can do this. He also took plenty of time in the attac (150 degrees in that attic) and looking at my outside unit. Being in sales for the past 15 years myself, I would put Nick up there with the best of them. He is an asset for Brazos Valley. Your installation crew went above and beyond what was expected. Rudy and his crew took the time to hang all my ducting, add new returns, replace my other furnace, and even repaired my other units ducting without being asked to. They under promised, and over delivered. I would recommend BV to anyone. Looking forward to many years of service.‎

Not happy at all !!!!!!!!!!‎
My story. Called the company and set an appointment. Took off of work early (not easy for me to do) even though the repair man did not show up until after 6:00 PM. No reason to take off work. They would not tell me how much the repairs would be when I asked specifically prior to the repair man's arrival. Then typical bait and switch, them knowing you don't have time to call a reputable company, they hit you with a huge repair bill for nothing but freon. $165 to put freon in the unit. That is it. I would rather sleep in the heat than to give in to those tactics. Tell me before you get there that it would be $165 and I can tell you thank you but no thank you. Wait until I have no options to call someone else is just bad business. The repair man was rude as well. I kindly told the repair man he was no longer welcome to be at my home. I paid the $65 service fee and told him to go. This company is no longer allowed to come to my home. I will do without air conditioning long before I ...
