The banking Manager, Melissa is not first rate. We have spent at least 6 months worth of Saturdays (as me and my husband work fulltime) in this branch trying to straighten matters out. Totally incompetence, calls not returned, refunds on charges not made. 4 days ago we went into the branch for charges on my account that were not right, she agreed, and said she would refund them.....we waited...and here it is Tuesday...no refund. My husband went in yesterday and asked, she had forgotten, an associate reminded her of it and STILL no refund! I have had this account for years, but we are closing the account and going with a credit union. BofA has been nothing but a headache!
