I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. They are a complete rip off!!! I broke the piece that you plug into the charge, so when I went to Tmobile a guy who use to work at Mobilecom recommended I take my phone there. He said it was a simple replacement and would be cheaper than my insurance. Mind you there was nothing else wrong with my phone. Since I wasn't able to charge it, it was dead by the time I got to Mobilecom, told John the problem and he said it was the same thing the guy at TMobile said. So after a couple of hours I went back to get my phone. The phone wasn't charged but John did show me it would charge by using his charger for a whole 3 seconds. So went home and charged it overnight. My phone seemed fine because it was using my home wifi, but once I got out on the road I had no mobile service, no calls, text, etc. First it says on the website they open at 10am, no one answered till almost 10:30, but when I did speak to John about the problem he said bring it in, but made a comment in the conversation that he didn't know why it wasn't working it was probably something I did because he fixed the problem I asked him to fix. Once I finally got to the store, I asked for John so I could show and talk to him, but the girl behind the counter kept telling me he was busy. He finally came out with an attitude telling me I could leave my phone and he had 4 others in front of me and I would have to wait. He didn't want to look at my phone. I asked what kind of customer service was this? I paid and he stated I had to wait like everyone else, even though the problem I had was because of him. Once again he stated he doesn't know that and how does he know it wasn't already broke. I explained that if it were a piece of shit phone why would I waste my time and money. I even said I came here because someone recommended you and he said he didn't care, he was the only one working and he was already late for the post office and bank.
John has no idea what he is doing and does not
