The problem is the Pharmacist
To be clear, we are talking about the Pearland Location. We have used the pharmacy for well over a year. They started growing about 6mos ago. Once they did the quality of the service plummeted down. Because this is peoples medicine-this is dangerous and sad. I called in and complained and I was told I didn't have the right to complain. The issues were losing scripts..the delivery schedule was constantly messed up. 9 out of 10 times, they would not be delivered and I would need to call them and remind them of the refill. And most of all...you don't have the right to complain of the horrible service. I tried to fine someone to complain to... you can't . It appears the Pharmacist is the head. This is sad and dangerous. Finally, when I complained online-I received a certified letter telling me to fine another pharmacy!
